Adventure Racing

Adventure Racing is an endurance multi sport event that must also have an element of navigation and strategy.  Normally completed as a team covering hardcore terrain and in some atrocious weather conditions over an extended period it requires a unique set of diverse skills combined with dogged determination to even finish!
Here at Race Easy we have designed various training days, weeknds and camps to help you as a soloist or as a team to get the skills you need to not just finish but to start to mix it with the big boys and girls!

Trail Running
Our team of off road specialists can help you inprove your off road running fitness and technique, we can help you plan training programmes and give crucial advise about nutrition and injury prevention.

Mountain Biking
Dealing with downhills or bombing round berms we can help you to handle your bike like a pro.  We also cover things like towing so you can get your team out of trouble and trail mechanics to keep you and your team on the road.

Kayaking
For most, kayaking is the necessary evil of adventure racing but we can help you unlock the secrets of this not so dark art, and if you really want to turn this element tof adventure racing into the discipline where you can really make a differnce we can provide British Canoe Union 2 star training so that you can paddle a sleek closed cockpit kayak instead of a slug of a sit on top.
 
Navigating
Where it can all go wrong! or right! join the ranks of those who can do it, at night, whilst moving fast on a bike, having had very little sleep and reach adventure racing ninja status.  It's easier than you think!
