I call this the 'Earn your Turns' workout:
warm up: 1hr sleep in 24 (due to 1 week old baby!)
Main set: Strap 3kgs to each foot then do 10km hill session (500 vertical metres)
Warm down: dig landrover out of ditch with a snowboard
Wring sweat out of hat!
