minimising energy expenditure. The RaceEasy coaches have competed in mountain bike events from regional to World Cup, from 60 minutes to
12 hours, and have spent years passing on their experience to would-be racers.

Tackling your first mountain bike race? Want go from 'roadie' to 'dirt demon'? The Race Easy crew will take the core elements of the training weekend and mould it to your requirements. Remember - train your weaknesses, race your strengths. Kit Kit list will depend on the activity, weather etc and will be sent out with welcome pack and updated prior to the course.
