Mountain bike training weekend

True competitive mountain biking kung fu is a combination of MTB specific fitness and the skills required to maintain all that hard earned speed while
minimising energy expenditure.    The RaceEasy coaches have competed in mountain bike events from regional to World Cup, from 60 minutes to
12 hours, and have spent years passing on their experience to would-be racers.

In a mountain biking weekend, expect to find yourself cross training to develop those neglected, but vitally important muscle groups. Unlike
Lance Armstrong, it's not all about the bike!
